We are a dying breed. This interview with +Michael Swift (Horologist) and his son +James Swift is an insight into true craftsmanship and the love of it. Even though I am not a horologist I can relate to the comment about "every time I look up it's time to go home".

In 2010 we were the subject of a short (made for television) documentary entitled "Time & Tides Part 1: The Horologists". The documentary was produced and filmed by Big Baby Productions.

Thanks for re-sharing. It seems so long ago now that +Gregg McNeill and +Lesley-Anne Morrison made that video, but we had great fun doing it. I think I was just fascinated by the camera equipment.
