The streets of Nova Scotia aren’t exactly paved with gold, but our beaches are flooded with strawberries… at least they were on that day in October 2012! Strawberries as far as the eye could see. No kidding. Wherever did they come from? After lunch we came back to the beach as the sky had become more interesting. There must have been a line of 1/2 km or more, 18″ wide or so, of strawberries. And that’s just the amount of beach that I could see.

That is uniquely bizarre! Thank you for sharing this image with the theme +Steven Kennard! Maybe a strawberry boat dumped its content out at sea and they washed up with the tide. 🙂
