He will be sorely missed by so many. Thinking of <span class=\"proflinkWrapper\"><span class=\"proflinkPrefix\">+<\/span><a class=\"proflink\" href=\"https:\/\/plus.google.com\/108147506738915778386\" oid=\"108147506738915778386\">Cindy Drozda<\/a><\/span>\u00a0at this sad time.<\/p>\n<p>These are some photographs I took of David at SOFA Chicago in 2008. Though I saw him more recently (last year in Ohio) I have no more recent ones of him.
